In line with Abu Dhabi’s ongoing commitment to a total digitalization of government services, the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) and its affiliated entities have announced the complete migration of all its digital services to the Abu Dhabi Unified Government System TAMM, managed and administered by Abu Dhabi Digital Authority.
The move is in line with the leadership’s vision to incorporate innovation as a pillar of its strategic priorities to enhance the lives of residents in the emirate and cater to their aspirations and needs. Department of Municipalities and Transport and its affiliated entities share the government’s vision for adopting, planning, and implementing ambitious initiatives to achieve a fully integrated digital government.
The TAMM platform, which offers a comprehensive set of government services through a unified platform, will allow DMT to provide faster, more efficient, and high-quality government services while also reducing the time and effort required for individuals to complete their transactions.
Services from several sectors, including integrated transportation, real estate, municipal services, urban planning, and infrastructure, have been transferred, making it easier for users to access services.
H.E. Falah Al Ahbabi, Chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Transport said: “DMT remains committed to integrating innovation into all aspects of our organization. We believe that our contribution to Abu Dhabi’s digital transformation through the unified TAMM electronic platform will save residents time and effort while improving the quality of life and communal well-being.
“The migration of services to TAMM is the outcome of a successful collaboration among different government entities to transform Abu Dhabi government services to contribute to the well-being of the residents.”
DMT highlighted that it has taken all measures and has the necessary technological and software resources to ensure that its digital services meet the highest international standards.
