ADIB and Booking.com in an exclusive partnership to Launch Two Cards for Travelers

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), a leading financial institution, has become the first bank in the United Arab Emirates to launch a covered card in partnership with Booking.com, the global leader in connecting travellers the widest choice of incredible places to stay. ADIB has launched two covered cards: the ADIB Booking.com Visa Signature card and the ADIB Booking.com Visa Infinite card. The cards are designed to reward tech-savvy customers who prefer to make their travel arrangements online.

Customers who sign up for either of these two credit cards will automatically be upgraded to Booking.com Genius status which gives them access to additional preferential rates and discounts on Booking.com’s offering of more than 1 million+ accommodation options in more than 96,000 destinations globally, including everything from 5-star luxury resorts to cosy B&Bs, villas, holiday homes and city apartments. Both cards also offer complimentary lounge access for both the cardholder and a guest at 650 airport lounges globally through VISA’s LoungeKey benefit programme.

Both the ADIB Booking.com Signature Card and ADIB Booking.com Infinite Card offer customers special discounts of 10% or more and additional perks at participating accommodations as part of Booking.com’s Genius Programme, up to 7% cashback on flight spend and 5% cashback on fuel, as well as ADIB miles on spend, and discounts on car rentals in addition to numerous offers on dining and leisure.

UAE residents are well known as avid travellers, spending over AED 74 billion annually on foreign travel, according to the World Travel and Tourism Council, while the body estimates that tourism is worth around AED140 billion to the UAE economy.
